What the time tools need
The core tools do not require an account, name, email address, GPS permission or calendar access. Your browser supplies its configured time-zone identifier and device time. Calculations run on your device.
Settings stored on this device
We use browser localStorage to remember selected cities, their order, time format, color theme and working-hour preferences. These settings are not uploaded to a database by the tool. If storage is blocked, the converter still works, but preferences may not persist. You can remove them using the button below or your browser’s site-data controls.
Share links
A share link includes city identifiers, an explicit timestamp, the time format and, for meeting planning, working-hour settings and duration. Anyone with the link can read those values. A requested URL may also appear in your browser history and the hosting provider’s access logs. Do not put confidential meeting titles or personal details into a URL.
Hosting requests
Like other static websites, the hosting provider receives network request information such as an IP address, requested path and browser headers. The core application does not keep its own server-side user database. Provider handling and retention depend on the hosting service used for the public deployment.
Cookies and analytics
This version sets no advertising or analytics cookies and loads no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or third-party font script. Local preference storage is separate from cookies. We do not transmit the tool’s internal interaction events to an analytics service.
Advertising
No Google AdSense code is active in this version. Reserved advertising space does not contact Google. If ads are enabled later, this policy must be updated to describe Google and third-party advertising cookies, personalization choices and applicable consent controls before those scripts load. The current absence of tracking should not be read as a promise about an unannounced future version.
Links to other services
The Google Calendar button opens Google’s event editor with the selected meeting times. This navigation sends those event details to Google, where Google’s privacy policy applies. Merely using the converter does not grant access to your Google account, and the button does not automatically save an event.
Contact messages
The contact form does not send messages until a receiving address is configured. Once an address is configured, it composes a message in your browser, opens your email app, and you choose whether to send. Your email provider and the recipient’s provider then process the message. Send only information needed to investigate your request. Contact details are on the contact page.
Changes
Any new analytics, advertising or data-collection feature requires this policy to be reviewed against the services actually used. The effective date above identifies this version.
